03. Account Registration and Security

3.2 Account Security

  • Transferring or selling accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • Playing or placing bets on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
  • Using another person's bank details or payment method on your account is not allowed.

3.3 Account Closure

378bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time, with or without cause, particularly in cases of Terms violations. Users may also close their account at any time by contacting support.

04. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at 378bd is ৳300 (for each payment method). Deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Your account must be fully verified to make a withdrawal.

4.3 Payment Terms

  • It is recommended that the deposit payment method and the withdrawal method be the same.
  • Withdrawals must be made to an account registered under the same name as the account.
  • Additional documentation may be requested to review suspicious transactions.
  • All transactions are monitored in accordance with anti-money laundering policies.

05. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To claim this bonus, a 10x wagering requirement must be met.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • A bonus can only be claimed once and applies to one account.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
  • Only one person per household, address, or device is eligible to receive a bonus.
  • Any attempt to take advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts will result in both accounts being closed.
  • 378bd reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without notice.

5.3 VIP Program

378bd has three VIP tiers. Active players are progressively promoted to higher tiers based on their activity. Weekly cashback benefits are listed below:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

378bd is firmly committed to fair play. All games are conducted honestly and impartially. Any form of manipulation, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or using fraudulent strategies against other players is strictly prohibited.

  • Exploiting technical errors in the platform for unfair advantage.
